After an order is placed, ALM STORE may contact the customer to confirm the order, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders.


5. Cash on Delivery


Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders in Pakistan.


The customer must pay the full amount due to the courier at the time of delivery.


ALM STORE may cancel or decline an order if the provided contact or delivery information cannot be verified.


6. Order Cancellation


Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.


Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.


ALM STORE reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:


  • - Product unavailability
  • - Incorrect pricing or product information
  • - Incomplete or incorrect customer information
  • - Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity
  • - Inability to confirm a COD order
  • - Delivery limitations


If a prepaid order is cancelled by ALM STORE and payment has already been received, any eligible refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

Orders are delivered according to our Shipping Policy.


Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
